Hello Dear Marty Friedman
I'm a 24 girl from Iran, well you know I'm learning guitar from the age 21, people keep telling me you're so late for being a professional guitarist, and they say that I can't have the style like you, I mean they say cause of my smaller body I can't be a guitarist close to your music, they say it's too heavy and hard for my fingers and too late, what do you think is it late? And is it the music that my fingers can't play? But I'm really hopeful and I want to keep going on.Although I'm a little late and I'm a girl and I'm not really rich and I live in a messed up place. I practice and I try my best and I learn more and more.
Wish you the bests and Best regards |

First of all, it`s NEVER too late- and more importantly, don`t pay any attention to all of those negative people around you! They will suck the energy out of you if you allow it.
Keep playing, get into a band, and enjoy yourself-good luck. |
