Marty,
I had the extreme pleasure of meeting you on Megadeth's Youthanasia tour, and I'm a huge fan of your playing style. So much so I've been involved in a Megadeth tribute band that hosts mostly Megadeth from your era. The one thing I've had problems with is switching from a clean tone, to distortion to a lead. Would I need an amp with three specific channels, or is there a different way you've done it over the years? I'm always under the impression that you have roadies crank your amp up when it's time.
