  MARTY'S ANSWER:  
 
I don`t limit anything, I`m just lucky that I don`t care for fatty, fried foods or heavy desserts, so I`m naturally pretty healthy. Not smoking is also a plus, and I only drink about 2 beers a year, so the only vice I have left is a healthy one if you know what I mean...hehe
